to product the natural environment and have been working hard to REDUCE
our impact on the environment.
Here are just some of the ways we are GOING GREEN!:
- Using REUSABLE baskets instead of paper plates
- Recycle our cardboard

- Retrofitting our old garbage cans to new ones that are both more user friendly and helps to reduce landfill waste, supplies and keeps an clean dining area
- We fresh ingredients in our the majority of our food
- We buy RECYCLED paper products
- Use blinds and fans to improve our energy EFFICIENCY
- We make all our food preservative FREE
- We make all our salsa and sauces in-house
- We use ice paddles for cooling food instead of making our refrigerator work harder and more energy intensive
- Use Michigan produced ZERO trans fat soybean oil
- We support local business by being apart of a local trade exchange program
- We support charities and special functions
- We give back $1 every time you bring back your REUSABLE cup
